The Pact
✦
A bargain has been struck
A Warlock does not inherit their power.
It is bestowed by something ancient — a being older than kingdoms and far more dangerous than gods.
Every roll is a reminder of the bargain you made.
Every critical hit, a favor granted.
Every natural 1, a debt waiting to be collected.
The agreement is binding.
